Javarcya Jay J. Smith, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 25, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Smith was found in the Stoner Hill neighborhood, specifically in the 1600 block of Viking Drive, after Shreveport Police responded to a shots-fired call.
