Qwan Lee Jones, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., inside a residence located in the 400 block of Flournoy-Lucas Road.
