In the early morning hours of February 6, 2022, the life of 15-year-old Qwan Lee Jones, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident unfolded inside a residence located in the 400 block of Flournoy-Lucas Road, where Qwan and other young people were reportedly handling a loaded handgun.
