Breon Traquan Ennis, a 20-year-old student at Achievement Academy at Harbor City High School in Baltimore, was tragically shot and killed on March 16, 2023. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of East Northern Parkway, where police officers responded to reports of a shooting.
