Raquan Demetrius Ali Campbell

In the Cherry Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Raquan Demetrius Ali Campbell, known affectionately as 'Ra-Ra,' was a popular 15-year-old African-American male who played Pop Warner football and was a student at Edmondson High School. He was the youngest of four brothers.
