Deion Jenkins, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on September 10, 2020. The incident occurred at approximately 12:02 a.m. in the 3100 block of Independence Street. Jenkins was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medics.
