In the winter of 2013, a sense of unease settled over a Baltimore neighborhood when Thomas Donaldson was found slain. On Monday, January 28th, at approximately 12:00 PM, his life was cut short by gunfire in the alley behind the 1500 block of Stonewood Avenue. The fatal shooting occurred behind his own home, located in the 1500 block of Stonewood Road.

Emergency services responded to the scene, but Donaldson's injuries were too severe. The male victim had been shot by an unknown assailant ...
