Elias Jakob Cieslak, a 17-year-old student from Parkville High School in Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2023. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. near Belair Road and Rossville Boulevard in the Nottingham area.
Baltimore County police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Cieslak suffering from a single gunshot wound to the upper body. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was unfortunately pronounced deceased.
