Donnell Eugene Candy Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on January 12, 2018. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of West North Avenue, a location that has seen its share of violent crimes. According to reports, Candy was one of several victims in a series of shootings that plagued Baltimore during that period.
