In the summer of 2021, the life of Anthony Pernell Neville, a 43-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting. On the morning of August 12, at approximately 10:10 a.m., Neville was discovered on the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway in Baltimore, Maryland, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
