Anthony Pernell Neville, a 43-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on August 12, 2021. He was found on the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway at approximately 10:10 a.m. The cause of death was determined to be a shooting, and he succumbed to his injuries at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The incident added to the growing list of homicides in Baltimore, a city grappling with high rates of violent crime.
