Brian Donte Winder, a 36-year-old police officer with the Baltimore City Police Department, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2004, while responding to a 911 call. Officer Winder, who had served with the department for ten years and was a U.S. Army veteran, was called to remove someone from a residence.
