Death by Force

Antwan William Horton, aged 21, was shot on March 22, 2008, in Southeast Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 5:45 a.m. in the 500 block of N. Decker Street as Horton was returning home from the store. The shooting was initially characterized as a botched robbery, and Horton was left paralyzed as a result of the attack.
