Ervin Talley Jr., a 16-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2021. The incident occurred at the Moravia Park Apartments in Northeast Baltimore. According to police reports, Ervin was visiting his friend, Tresean Parker, who was 17 at the time. The two teenagers were playing with a handgun that belonged to Tresean's father, McGregory Parker. The gun was reportedly kept unsecured in a bedroom dresser.
