On a Friday afternoon in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 28-year-old Terrence Woodard, a Black male, was tragically cut short on February 21, 2014. The incident occurred in the 400 block of North Patterson Park Avenue, where an unidentified assailant approached Woodard just before 4:30 p.m. and shot him in the head. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the attack.
