Donye Lowther, a 27-year-old father from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on September 25, 2019. His death occurred during a carjacking in the 2200 block of Fleetwood Avenue. Lowther's body was discovered around 11:30 p.m. near a dumpster in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the same area. The incident left his family and community in shock and mourning, as they struggled to come to terms with the loss of a young father whose life was cut short by senseless violence.
