In the summer of 2022, a burst of gunfire shattered the mid-morning calm in a West Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a man's life tragically cut short. On June 14, at approximately 11:19 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1300 block of North Stockton Street.
