On November 18, 2024, at approximately 9:12 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a Shot Spotter alert in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds: 40-year-old Marcus Holloway and an unidentified 45-year-old male. Both victims were transported to local hospitals, where Holloway was pronounced deceased.
