Charles Frankies Rheubottom Jr., aged 41, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2022, in Baltimore, Maryland. Known affectionately as "Reds" or "Wildout," Charles was a beloved member of his community and family. On the evening of his death, he was shot and killed in the 400 block of South Smallwood Street. His mother, Darlene Ennis, received the devastating news while she was at work and rushed to the scene, only to find that her son had already passed away.
