In the quiet of a West Baltimore evening on January 22, 2018, Travis Lee Wallace, a 30-year-old man, was fatally shot at his home. Born on January 14, 1987, Mr. Wallace was a skilled carpenter and painter who was furthering his education in behavioral health at the Community College of Baltimore County. His life was cut short when he went to investigate suspicious noises at his front door and was met by a potential intruder.
