Brandon Finney, a 25-year-old surgical support technician at Shock Trauma, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2014, in Baltimore, Maryland. Finney was an innocent bystander caught in a gang-related shooting while waiting for a bus at the corner of Saratoga and Paca streets.
