On a Sunday night in September 2014, 25-year-old Brandon Finney, a surgical support technician, was waiting for a bus after his shift at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Tragically, he became an innocent victim in a violent gang-related shooting. Gunfire erupted at the bus stop, and Finney was caught in the crossfire of a targeted attack.
