Preston Rich Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 4, 2020. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue, where Preston was shot in the head. He was immediately transported to Shock Trauma in critical and unstable condition. Despite the medical team's efforts, Preston succumbed to his injuries the following day. This incident, initially classified as a non-fatal shooting, was subsequently upgraded to a homicide following his death.
