In the spring of 2020, the life of Preston Rich Jr., a 21-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On May 3rd, he suffered a gunshot wound to the head in a violent daytime incident. Despite being rushed to the hospital and the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries the following day, on May 4, 2020. His death was one of several homicides that occurred in the city around that time.
