In the early morning hours of February 17, 2024, a tragedy unfolded on the 200 block of Marion Street in Baltimore that would cut short the life of Amari Williams. The 20-year-old Black male was discovered at approximately 3:15 a.m. suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services were promptly dispatched to the scene and transported him to a local hospital. He was admitted in critical condition, and a grim fight for his life began.
