On November 29, 2022, Theodore Barksdale, a 34-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was found shot in an alley off the 100 block of North Kossuth Street. At approximately 4:20 p.m., medics responded to the scene and transported Barksdale to Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Barksdale succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
