On April 16, 2023, at approximately 8:50 pm, a tragic incident occurred in the 200 block of Colvin Street in Southeast Baltimore, Maryland. Anquan Jackson, a 17-year-old boy, was shot in the head inside a stolen vehicle. The shooting was initially detected by a ShotSpotter alert, prompting officers to respond to the scene.
