Wallace Reid Allen, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was shot on July 21, 1995, in the 1600 block of West Lanvale Street. At the time of the incident, Allen was 52 years old. Despite surviving the initial shooting, Allen suffered from complications related to his injuries for many years. On August 2, 2023, Allen passed away at the age of 80. His death was ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiner's office due to the long-term complications from the 1995 shooting.
