Spencer Falcon, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2014. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. when Robert Hopkins, also 28, attempted to carjack Falcon at the intersection of 22nd Street and Maryland Avenue. During the botched carjacking, Hopkins shot Falcon in the head, resulting in his immediate death.
