On March 30, 2020, 18-year-old Riyad Dominic Campbell was tragically shot and killed in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 12:02 a.m. when Southwest District patrol officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 2400 block of Tolley Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Campbell suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
