James Gaylord, aged 71, was fatally shot on October 2, 2015, at the Hilltop Shopping Center located in the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident, which also left four other people injured, occurred in the early evening as people were going about their activities at the busy shopping area.
