Donald Foster, a 34-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was found shot on May 24, 2020, at approximately 2:57 p.m. on the 5200 block of Litchfield Avenue. He was transported to Sinai Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident was part of a violent weekend in Baltimore that saw multiple shootings, resulting in several fatalities.
