Death by Force

Roger Hawkins III, a 27-year-old Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2024. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue in the Northwest District of Baltimore. Police officers responding to the scene found Hawkins unresponsive and suffering from multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds.
