Howard Jr. Frazier

On a Saturday afternoon in October 2021, the life of 31-year-old Howard Frazier Jr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in a shooting in Baltimore. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. in the Eastern District of the city.

Officers were called to the 2400 block of East Oliver Street for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Mr. Frazier suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to an area hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries.
