The young Black man was discovered by police on the 1200 block of Rossiter Avenue at approximately 7:47 p.m. with a gunshot wound to his head. Paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced him deceased, his life abruptly ended by an act of violence.
The Baltimore Police Department swiftly launched a homicide investigation into the death of Jesiah Myles, treating the
case with the gravity of a life taken too soon. As detectives began to piece together the events of that fatal evening, they appealed to the public for assistance. In an effort to generate leads and encourage witnesses to come forward, authorities announced a reward for any information that could prove crucial to solving the case.
Despite the ongoing investigation and the offer of a financial incentive for tips, authorities have not yet publicly identified any suspects in the shooting death of Jesiah Myles.
