Devin Nathaniel Brown, a 22-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:06 a.m., on the 800 block of South Hanover Street in the Otterbein neighborhood. Brown was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
