Kawontay Rashawa Witherspoon, affectionately known as Tay, was born on October 5, 1999, and tragically passed away on September 6, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. Tay grew up on the west side of Baltimore, where he was well-known and had made numerous friends. His death at the young age of 19 left a significant impact on his community and family.
