Rodney Wheatley, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on June 12, 2017. The incident occurred around 8:35 p.m. in the 200 block of South Bentalou Street in the Millhill neighborhood of Southwest Baltimore. Wheatley was found suffering from gunshot wounds to his back and arm. Despite being rushed to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
