Terrance Jerrod Todd, a 47-year-old Black male, was a devoted husband and father, known for his resilience and commitment to his family. His life was tragically cut short on the evening of May 3, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. That evening, at approximately 7:22 p.m., a dispute unfolded outside of a fast-food restaurant located in the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway.
During the course of the altercation, Terrance was shot multiple times.
He was quickly transported to a local area hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The cause of his death was officially ruled as a shooting.
In the wake of the fatal shooting, Baltimore Police homicide detectives launched an investigation into the incident. Authorities have reached out to the public for assistance in identifying individuals seen in video footage from the scene. As of the latest available information, homicide detectives are still seeking information from anyone who can help identify the individuals involved in the dispute that led to the death of Terrance Todd.
