Elias Armando Maldonado Garcilazo, a 20-year-old resident of Brooklyn Park, Baltimore, MD, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2020. According to reports, Anne Arundel County police responded to a call around 1:15 a.m. and found Garcilazo in the 300 block of Audrey Avenue suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
