Troy Horton Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2017. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of Ruxton Avenue, where responding officers found Horton suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to a nearby hospital, Horton was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
