Death by Force

On June 11, 2023, at approximately 11:22 a.m., Southern District patrol officers of the Baltimore Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 1600 block of Plum Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Kenneth Banks suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Banks was pronounced dead at the scene.
