Erskine Reed Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of May 3, 2019. The incident occurred in South Baltimore, specifically in the 3000 block of Hollins Ferry Road. According to reports, Southern District patrol officers responded to a call about a shooting at around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Reed suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medics who were called to the scene, Reed was pronounced dead on location.
