On July 5, 2024, at approximately 8:05 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2400 block of Woodbrook Avenue in West Baltimore. Upon arrival, they discovered 31-year-old Corey Williams suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Medics pronounced Williams deceased at the scene.
