Domanic Randle, a 29-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 1700 block of W. North Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims: Domanic Randle, who had sustained critical injuries, and a 30-year-old woman who was also injured. Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital, where Domanic Randle succumbed to his injuries.
