Marvin Washington, a 22-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2024. The incident occurred at approximately 1:07 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Lafayette Avenue. Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the scene after receiving a ShotSpotter alert, which is a system designed to detect and locate gunfire in urban areas.
