In the afternoon of April 11, 2023, the life of 21-year-old Ro Lee Faison Jr., a male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. The incident that led to his death is believed to have taken place in the 100 block of North Monroe Street. It was there that he sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest, legs, and head.
