A 19-year-old Black male, Quintez R. Barnett, was discovered shot in a vehicle in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 24, 2020. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of East 20th Street in Baltimore, Maryland, where he was found at approximately 3:00 a.m. in the Eastern District.
