In early 2024, concern grew for 29-year-old Alexandra Bianchi, a resident of Everett, Washington. Although she was experiencing homelessness and did not have a phone, Alexandra had made it a point to regularly keep in touch with her family through Facebook Messenger. This consistent line of communication suddenly ceased in December of 2023, and her online activity stopped altogether.
