NaVey Skinner, age 47, has been missing from Everett, Washington, since May 1, 2024. She was last seen near Lynnwood, wearing blue jeans and a white tank top. NaVey has blonde hair, blue eyes, stands at approximately 5'7", and weighs around 135 pounds. She is known to frequent the Lynnwood area and has been living without stable housing since 2020, often visiting the free hygiene center in Lynnwood to take showers.
