Death by Force

On September 14, 2023, at approximately 11:39 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Central District officers on patrol heard gunfire near the 400 block of West Saratoga Street. Upon investigation, they discovered two adult male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both individuals were transported to a local hospital, where 35-year-old Dewan Holmes was pronounced deceased. The second victim, a 26-year-old male, was listed in stable condition.
