In the summer of 2020, on the evening of August 6th, the life of 31-year-old Yohannes Carr was tragically cut short on the 2400 block of Etting Street in Baltimore. At approximately 10:28 p.m., Carr was fatally shot, becoming another victim of the city's gun violence. The incident prompted an investigation by homicide detectives who would soon identify a suspect in the killing.
