Devin Thompson, 27, a Black male from Baltimore, was shot and killed in the early hours of May 26, 2025. Around 1:23 a.m., officers were called to the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in West Baltimore’s Upton neighborhood, just outside The Avenue Market, after reports of gunfire.
