In the quiet early morning hours of December 10, 2018, a tragedy unfolded in Shreveport, Louisiana, that would cut short the life of a beloved 60-year-old Black man. Perry Norwood, known to his friends and family by the affectionate nickname "Crow," was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 200 block of West 78th Street. The discovery was made at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the peaceful neighborhood of Southern Hills.
